DAY 03: PUERTO MADRYN

Pick up at your hotel and transfer to the airport, where you will take your flight to Trelew airport.

DAY 04: PENGUINS AND WHALES

We leave early in the morning to the Península Valdés Protected Natural Area.
After an hour of travel we arrive at Puerto Pirámides, where we embark for Regular Traditional whale watching (between the months of June and December) or sea lions and cormorants (between the months of January and March). Then we go to Estancia San Lorenzo, a traditional cattle establishment in the area where, in addition to having a typical Patagonian lamb for lunch on the grill, we will have the opportunity to visit the largest reserve of Magellanic penguins located 7 km from the center of the ranch. . We visit the Punta Norte reserve where, starting in December, we observe sea lions and eventually killer whales. On the way back we will make a stop at the Carlos Ameghino Isthmus, where we will visit the interpretation center.

DAY 05: ADVENTURES WITH SEA LIONS

Our 4×4 trucks pick you up at the door of your hotel to start the road to Cerro Avanzado.
Throughout the tour we travel through field tracks, dunes and cliffs.
On our route we visit the colony of sea lions in Punta Loma.

DAY 06: WELCOME TO USHUAIA

DAY 07: TREKKING CANOES

The proposal is simple but tempting: enjoy 8 hours immersed in the nature of Tierra del Fuego National Park. The journey begins with an incredible walk and culminates in inflatable canoes, next to a landscape that unites the sea, rivers, mountains and forests. With our specialized guides you will be able to know in detail this unique paradise in the world.
The almost 8 km of undulating path, considered of medium difficulty, do not present much of a challenge to passengers who are fond of exercise and who have the appropriate clothing. The walk invites us to get to know, in detail and in an entertaining way, a recovered paradise where the mountains can be reached from the seashore, and the fresh water of rivers and lakes coexists with the sea coast. Near Lake Acigami (former Lake Roca) we will have lunch in our comfortable structural tents sheltered from the weather. After a short rest, and equipped with rubber boots, pants covers and life jackets, we will row from Lake Acigami -aboard inflatable canoes (duckie type), very safe and stable- following the slow flow of the Lapataia and Ovando rivers. . Our journey begins in fresh water until we reach the sea, in Lapataia Bay. For approximately one hour, we will see the flora and fauna of inaccessible places, approaching the point of view that the Yámana enjoyed several centuries ago.

DAY 08: GABLE ISLAND EXPEDITION

Gable Island is the excursion for those who arrive in Tierra del Fuego in search of the end of the world.
This active, full-day excursion takes us on land and water tours, to navigate the Beagle Channel and to walk and discover one of the wildest and most beautiful places in the area. In a context that summarizes the history and natural variety of Tierra del Fuego, we can see traces of the first inhabitants, the Yámana, and the first white settlers. We leave Ushuaia towards the East. First along National Route 3 and then along Route “J”, which takes us to Bahía Brown, a panoramic point surrounded by mountain ranges of the Fuegian portion of the Andes Mountain Range. We will then arrive at Estancia Harberton, of enormous historical importance for the region since it was the first ranch in Tierra del Fuego (founded in 1886) where settlers of British origin lived with the native peoples. There are 20,000 hectares of mountains, forests, lakes and islands. We will get to know the area of ​​the main house of the ranch and some of its facilities, and then take a motor boat in the direction of Martillo Island. From the boat we can see penguins at their breeding site. The island has 3,000 breeding pairs of Magellanic penguins, pairs of Gentoo penguins, and more than 100 pairs of Rock Cormorants that nest on the cliffs to the south. Depending on the time of year and the weather conditions, you can see the different species. The navigation in the motor boat then continues to the main attraction of the day: the enormous Gable Island, where lunch awaits us with a good Patagonian red wine, soda and mineral water. After a coffee, we go for a walk to explore this wonderful island and find beaver dams and the Magellanic forest. Along the way we will be able to appreciate vestiges of the Yámana families that lived with the Anglican missionaries centuries ago. And then we will arrive at the beach that has a panoramic view of virgin coasts and transparent waters, there we will walk enthralled by the surroundings until we meet the boat that will take us back to Puerto Harberton to take the bus to Ushuaia.

DAY 09: BACK TO BUENOS AIRES

At the indicated time we will pick you up at the hotel to take you to the airport where you will take your flight to Buenos Aires.
